Send your kids to an imaginative, impacting adventure!
At Maker Fun Factory Totally Catholic Summer Program kids discover not only that God made them the way they are, but for a purpose too. It is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, touch and even taste! Sciency-Fun Gizmos, team-building games, cool Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. Plus, we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life! Kids will also participate in a hands-on mission project, through a program called Operation Kid-to-Kid that will let the kids in our community show God’s mighty love to needy remote villages in the world. Monday, 7/24/17: Please arrive at 8:40 am for first day check-in. Friday, 7/28/17: Final Celebration for participants and families 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Sunday, 7/30/17: Mass at 10:00 am for all VBS families (please wear your VBS T-shirt) |
Daily Themes:
(Your child can also wear the VBS T-shirt from this year or any previous years any of the days.) Monday: VBS T-shirt Tuesday: Hawaiian Day Wednesday: Backwards/Crazy Clothes/Socks/Hair Day Thursday: Sports Day Friday: VBS T-shirt Sunday at Mass: VBS T-shirt Please keep in mind that your child will be running around outside at games! Please dress children in appropriate clothing for the weather with gym shoes and sunscreen if necessary. |
Picnic Lunch Friday 7/28/17:
We have a tradition of celebrating the last day of VBS with a picnic. We will provide the children enrolled with a hotdog lunch on Friday. We ask that you join us for dessert and a celebration at 12:00 pm on Friday. Children love to show you what they have learned on this extra special day. Dessert on Friday 7/28/17: Please bring a small plate of dessert to pass! Please send the dessert with your child Friday morning. We will conclude by 1:00 pm. |
Mass on Sunday 7/30/17
During the 10:00 am Mass, the children will be singing songs they have learned this week at VBS. After Communion the children will meet in the gathering space. We hope all children can be there! It's a great time to show everything they have learned all week to the whole congregation. |
